It has a cozy lining that makes it so warm that I haven't been able to wear it outside in Philadelphia's warm fall weather. This jacket will definitely keep you cozy. The leather feels really soft and it seems like it will get even smoother and softer as it ages, just like genuine leather should. It's a really cool jacket.
